Kenya Airways offers online check-in from 30 hours until 3 hours before your flight's departure time. For counter check-in at the airport, passengers must check-in at least 2.5 hours before the departure time for all international flights.

Kenya Airways has two lounges located at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. The JV Lounge is available to old Elite and Platinum Elite Flying Blue members. The Simba Lounge has showers, food and beverages, telephone, business facilities and wireless internet access and is available to Premium World passengers.
